- ½ Cup Dried Parsley
- 2 tbsp Dried Dill
- 4 tsp Onion Powder
- 4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
½ Cup Dried Parsley, 2 tbsp Dried Dill, 4 tsp Onion Powder, 4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper
Add to a spice grinder (in batches, if need be) and grind for about 10 seconds or until all the large pieces are gone.
Store in an airtight container like a spice bottle or mason jar, in the pantry, for up to 6 months.
- Two tablespoons is about equal to a 1 ounce storebought packet.
- Grinding the spices will give you a more even mix.
- If you don't have a spice grinder, you can use a clean coffee grinder.
