Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Dried Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Dried Dill
  • 4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
½ Cup Dried Parsley, 2 tbsp Dried Dill, 4 tsp Onion Powder, 4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper
  • Add to a spice grinder (in batches, if need be) and grind for about 10 seconds or until all the large pieces are gone.
  • Store in an airtight container like a spice bottle or mason jar, in the pantry, for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Two tablespoons is about equal to a 1 ounce storebought packet.
  • Grinding the spices will give you a more even mix.
  • If you don't have a spice grinder, you can use a clean coffee grinder.
