Ingredients

  • 8 oz Biscoff cookies
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment.
8 oz Biscoff cookies, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt
  • Blend until it's a smooth paste with a consistency similar to peanut butter. If the mixture's too thick, you can thin it will a tiny bit more milk.
  • Use and enjoy!

Notes

  • As written the recipe should yield roughly 1 whole cup of cookie butter. You can double the recipe if desired.
  • You can use other kinds of cookies instead of Biscoff for the butter but Biscoff is traditional.
  • Start with a scant quarter cup of milk and only add a little more at a time to reach the desired consistency rather than adding a lot more all at once. It's easier to thin this out than thicken it.
