- 2 cups plain panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 8 skin on chicken legs
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
Add the bread crumbs, spices, and herbs to a large ziplocking bag. Squeeze together until evenly mixed. Set aside.

Add the chicken legs to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the oil evenly out overtop, then gently toss until they're evenly coated in oil.

Add two pieces of chicken to the crumb bag. Twist the top to close, then shake until they're evenly coated. Transfer them to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken's coated and on the baking sheet.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes, or until the internal temp of 165° is reached.
Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
- You can substitute other chicken cuts like skin on chicken thighs. If you do, you may have to adjust the cook time so the chicken cooks to 165 degrees.
