- ⅓ Cup Table Salt
- 1 tbsp Celery Salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 3 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small measuring bowl and mix until fully combined.
⅓ Cup Table Salt, 1 tbsp Celery Salt, 1 tbsp paprika, 3 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar, 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Ground Turmeric, 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Store in an airtight jar or seasoning container, in the dry, cool pantry for up to 2 months.
- Can't find superfine sugar? Put regular granulated sugar in a food processor or coffee grinder and pulse until the sugar is fine.
- All ingredients need to be ground as find as possible. If the ingredients aren't finely ground, pop them in the food processor or coffee grinder until they are finely ground.
- You can adjust the amount of the spices so the blend is made to your tastes.
