Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until fully combined.
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder, 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp Cumin, 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic, 1 tbsp Salt
  • Store in a sealed jar or dish in the pantry for up to a month.

Notes

  • I use American chili powder. Chili powder's flavor will vary slightly based on where it's from.
  • Make sure you are using good quality spices for best flavor.
  • Feel free to substitute regular paprika for smoked paprika if you prefer, though you do loose that smoky flavor.
  • Fine sea salt is my favorite in this recipe though you can use any fine salt you have. If you use coarse salt, you may find this is too salty.
