Homemade Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
Replace canned condensed soup with homemade condensed cream of celery soup! This recipe will work on its own as soup if you thin it with extra milk or as a stand in for any canned cream of soup.

finely chopped celery

Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add celery and cook for 5–7 minutes, until soft.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly whisk in broth and milk. Continue whisking until smooth and thickened, about 3–5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or let cool and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
