Preheat the oven to 350 F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a medium bowl, mash together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

Add the pumpkin, egg and spices and mix well.
¾ cup pumpkin puree, 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Cut the pie dough into 10 4-5” circles, then place on the prepared baking sheet. Add a dollop of pumpkin mixture to the center of each pie crust. Fold in half, then use a fork to crimp the edges together. Use a sharp knife to cut slits on the top of the pie.
