Frozen S'mores Recipe
This frozen s'mores recipe gives the classic campfire treat a cool makeover! A mixture of creamy frozen chocolate fluff pudding and marshmallow filling gets sandwiched between graham crackers.

- 40 graham cracker squares about 2 sleeves
- 2 3.9 oz boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 8 oz cool whip divided
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 7.5 oz jar marshmallow fluff
Lay the half the graham crackers evenly along the bottom of a parchment lined 9x13 pan.

In a medium bowl, wish together the pudding mix and milk.
2 3.9 oz boxes instant chocolate pudding, 3 cups milk
Fold in half the cool whip and carefully spread the mixture on top of the graham crackers.

Place the dish in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
In a separate medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the marshmallow fluff and mix well.
4 oz cream cheese, 1 7.5 oz jar marshmallow fluff
Fold in the remaining cool whip until smooth. Spread the mixture over the chocolate layer.
Top with remaining graham crackers and return to the freezer for 4 hours.
Lift the smores out by the parchment then carefully slice into bars between the graham crackers.
- You could add even more flavor to the frozen s'mores bars by dipping half of the assembled bar into melted milk chocolate and popping it back into the freezer while the chocolate sets.
- It helps to let the Cool Whip thaw before mixing it into the pudding and the marshmallow mixture.
- You could add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the marshmallow mixture if you are feeling fancy.
