2 tbsp diced ham, 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp finely diced yellow onion, 1 tbsp finely diced green bell pepper, 2 tbsp refrigerated shredded hash browns, 1 large egg
Microwave the bowl for 1 minute. Use oven mitts to carefully remove the hot bowl from the microwave. Stir, then microwave for another 30-45 seconds- just until the egg is set and cooked through.
Carefully remove the HOT bowl from the microwave and let it rest until it's cooled enough to enjoy.
- You can use 2 small eggs instead of a single large egg. However, you'll need to almost double the cook time.
- Be very careful when you take the bowl out from the microwave. It will be extremely HOT.
- You can substitute other toppings for the ham like crumbled bacon or even skip the meat and use chopped up mushrooms instead.
