Ingredients

  • 4 oz Champagne
  • 2 oz 100% Cranberry Juice
  • Fresh Cranberries optional garnish
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprig optional garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the cranberry juice into a champagne glass and top off with the champagne.
2 oz 100% Cranberry Juice, 4 oz Champagne
  • Top with some fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig, if desired, and enjoy!
    Fresh Cranberries, Fresh Rosemary Sprig

Notes

  • I suggest using 100 percent cranberry juice because the cranberry cocktail juices often overpower the delicate champagne. But if you don't mind this, go right ahead and use what you like.
  • Use any bubbly white wine you like. I'd avoid pink or red sparkling wines.
  • Chill the cranberry juice and champagne ahead of time.
