Carrabba's Bread Dipping Oil (Copycat Recipe)
Carrabba's bread dipping oil is a copycat recipe for the oil and spice mixture served with bread at every Carrabba's restaurant. Our homemade version tastes just like restaurant version and is perfect to serve with a loaf of homemade bread!

- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp course salt
- 3 cloves garlic minced (roughly 3 teaspoons)
- extra virgin olive oil
Add all of the ingredients, except for the oil, to a small shallow bowl (or plate). Stir them together to evenly combine.

Drizzle olive oil overtop of the seasoning blend in the amount of your preference.

Serve immediately with slices of baguette for dipping, and enjoy!
- You can adjust the amount or ratio of spices to suit your tastes.
- Likewise, you can reduce or increase the amount of garlic to suit your tastes.
- Use a high quality extra virgin olive oil for the best results.
