Blueberry Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Add the cream cheese, extract, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer blend together until smooth & creamy.
3 oz cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Open, separate, and unroll the crescent roll triangles on a clean work surface.
1 8 oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on the dough triangles, then dot with blueberries.
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Roll up each crescent roll, starting with the widest end, then transfer them to a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 10-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm & enjoy!
- You can substitute sliced strawberries, raspberries, or even blackberries for the blueberries.
- These are delicious on their own but you could also whip up a glaze with milk and powdered sugar to drizzle on top.
- Don't skip the resting time! It gives the cream cheese filling a chance to set.
