- 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
½ Cup Vegetable Oil, 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tbsp White Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 1 tbsp Dried Minced Onion, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Use immediately or store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 2 weeks. I like to use a mason jar or something similar to store it.
- Don't use regular mustard in place of Dijon. It turns the dressing an unpleasant color and has too strong of a flavor.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings to suit your tastes before using.
- Don't want creamy poppy seed dressing? Skip the mayo! It will still be delicious!
- Shake or stir the dressing vigorously before each use so the seeds aren't all on the bottom.
