2 cups self rising flour, 1 cup whole milk, 2 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
Liberally spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. Add the batter, filling each well half way full.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Serve warm & enjoy!
- Use full fat mayo and whole milk since biscuits need fat and these are the only sources of fats and oils in this simple recipe.
- This dough is very sticky dough! It's similar to drop biscuits or batter.
- These are great served with our homemade tomato gravy.
- Make a double batch and freeze half to keep on hand for easy dinner or breakfast rolls.
