Air Fryer Salmon Patties
Air fryer salmon patties are a delicious way to eat more fish! With tons of protein and a perfect blend of seasonings, these hearty but healthy fish cakes make delicious salmon burgers.

- 3 6 oz cans boneless, skinless salmon drained well
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh dill chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon sliced into 6 wedges

Add the salmon to a mixing bowl, and flake it all apart using a sturdy fork- the smaller the flakes the better.
3 6 oz cans boneless, skinless salmon
Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the lemon wedges to the mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined.
1 cup panko bread crumbs, 2 large eggs, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp fresh dill, salt & pepper, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Divide the mixture into 6 equal balls, and shape into patties.
Liberally spray the basket of your air fryer with non stick cooking spray. Add 3-4 patties, careful not to overcrowd the basket. Spray the tops of the patties with non stick cooking spray.
Cook at 360° for 6 minutes. Carefully flip the patties, spritz the tops again with cooking spray, then air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over the patties, then fix as sandwiches.

- In addition to serving as sandwiches these patties can also be served over rice or vegetables or by themselves with a variety of dipping sauces.
- You can change or adjust the seasonings to fit your preferences.
- Flake the salmon as small as you can for the best results.
