Ingredients

  • 3 6 oz cans boneless, skinless salmon drained well
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the salmon to a mixing bowl, and flake it all apart using a sturdy fork- the smaller the flakes the better.
3 6 oz cans boneless, skinless salmon
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients, except the lemon wedges to the mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined.
1 cup panko bread crumbs, 2 large eggs, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp fresh dill, salt & pepper, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal balls, and shape into patties.
  • Liberally spray the basket of your air fryer with non stick cooking spray. Add 3-4 patties, careful not to overcrowd the basket. Spray the tops of the patties with non stick cooking spray.
  • Cook at 360° for 6 minutes. Carefully flip the patties, spritz the tops again with cooking spray, then air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the patties, then fix as sandwiches.

  • You can change or adjust the seasonings to fit your preferences.
  • Flake the salmon as small as you can for the best results.
