- 1 ½ cup sunflower oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp mustard any kind
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
In a medium size bowl combine yolk, salt, mustard and lemon juice. Stir for a couple of minutes using a whisk. Whisking constantly add a few drops of oil.
