Monster Cookie Pancakes

Monster cookie pancakes combine the kitchen sink style treats with your favorite breakfast food for a fun treat to start your day! These delicious flapjacks are loaded with candy and cookies and drizzled with a peanut butter syrup for a morning meal perfect for a birthday or a special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Funfetti Pancake Mix or Plain
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Mini M&Ms
  • Chips Ahoy Cookies
  • 1 cup creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 can Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Start by mixing your pancake mix and water together. If you want your batter thicker, add in the oats.
  • Grease a skillet well, and pour 1/4 of a cup of batter onto your skillet.
  • Let pancake bubble, and sprinkle with a few mini M&M's.
  • When browned on one side, flip.
  • Allow to brown on the other side and remove from skillet.
  • Cook 6 to 8 pancakes.
  • Stack pancakes, adding mini M&M's and Chip Ahoy Cookie crumbs between each pancake.
  • Melt together in the microwave your peanut butter and condensed milk.
  • Add in vanilla and water and mix well.
  • Pour hot over pancakes.
  • Sprinkle top with more M&M's and cookie crumbs.
  • Serve and enjoy!
