Ingredients

  • 1 boneless ham
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the inside of your crockpot's bowl with non stick cooking spray.
  • Open the ham, draining off excess juices, and discard the packaging. Transfer the ham to the prepared bowl of the crockpot. If the ham's a little too big, it can easily be cut down to fit.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, mustard, and vinegar until the mixture's smooth & evenly combined. Pour the sauce, as evenly as possible, out over the ham.
  • Cover the crockpot with it's lid, and cook on low heat for 3-5 hours. If you want to be absolutely sure the meat's done, insert a meat thermometer into the ham and it should read 140°.
  • Turn off the slow cooker, and carefully transfer the ham to a waiting cutting board. Loosely tent it with foil, and allow it to rest for a full ten minutes. Slice the ham, and plate it.
  • Whisk the juices in the pot to combine. Ladle them over the ham slices, or pour into a gravy boat and serve so that it's an option.
