- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp grated prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp white pepper optional
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Add all of the ingredients, except the cream, to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Whisk them together until evenly combined.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip the cream on medium high speed until stiff peaks have formed.
Using a spatula, fold in the sour cream mixture- stirring just until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
