- 2 and 1/3 cup of Flour
- 1/4 cup of Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Baking Powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
- 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 and 1/2 cups of Milk
- Strawberries diced
- Strawberry Ice Cream Topping heated up
- Whipped Topping
Start by combining flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.
Add in oil, eggs, and milk.
Blended until smooth.
Heat of a skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour batter into skillet, desired size of pancake.
Cook until top begins to bubble, and then flip your pancake.
Cook other side of pancake evenly.
Top pancake with diced strawberries, ice cream topping, and whipped topping.
Serve and enjoy.
