Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced white onion
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • pinch garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Using cooking spray, lightly grease a deep 9" pie plate. Spread the ham & onion evenly out over the bottom of the dish. Top with the shredded cheese.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, half & half, Bisquick, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Whisk the mixture together until smooth. Pour the mixture out evenly into the pie plate.
  • Bake the pie at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a golden brown crust's formed on top and a butter knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
