Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini m & m's candies divided

Instructions

  • Add the butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip them together until smooth.
  • Add in the extract & brown sugar, and whip again- just until evenly combined.
  • Using a spatula scrape the sides of the bowl, pushing all the mixture down into the center. Add the powdered sugar & oats to the bowl, and use the hand mixer to whip the cheese ball mixture together until evenly combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips & half of the candies to the bowl, then use a spatula to gently fold them in until evenly combined. Don't use the hand mixer as it will break them up into tiny pieces.
  • Using your hands, gently form the dough into a ball shape and then transfer that to a plate or cutting board.
  • Press the remaining candies into the top and sides of the cheese ball until it's completely covered.
  • Cover the cheeseball and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
