- 4 tbsp butter softened
- 4 tbsp cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 3 cups mini m & m's candies divided
Add the butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter to a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip them together until smooth.
Add in the extract & brown sugar, and whip again- just until evenly combined.
Using a spatula scrape the sides of the bowl, pushing all the mixture down into the center. Add the powdered sugar & oats to the bowl, and use the hand mixer to whip the cheese ball mixture together until evenly combined.
Add the chocolate chips & half of the candies to the bowl, then use a spatula to gently fold them in until evenly combined. Don't use the hand mixer as it will break them up into tiny pieces.
Using your hands, gently form the dough into a ball shape and then transfer that to a plate or cutting board.
Press the remaining candies into the top and sides of the cheese ball until it's completely covered.
Cover the cheeseball and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
