Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bottle cranberry nectar can substitute cranberry juice
  • 1 12 oz jar seedless red raspberry jam
  • 1 1/2 2 liter bottles lemon lime soda chilled
  • 1.75 quart vanilla ice creamki,

Instructions

  • Add the juice, jam, and soda to a punch bowl. Whisk them together until evenly combined.
  • Scoop several balls of ice cream evenly out into the punch bowl, dropping them evenly on te surface. Careful not to agitate too much, as mixing will turn your punch a pretty shade of pink.
  • Ladle the punch into glasses, and serve topped with an ice cream scoop 'snowball'.

Notes

  • Make sure the raspberry jam is seedless. Seeded jam will make for an unappealing texture in the drink.
  • When you scoop the ice cream into the drink, take care not to agitate the drink too much. If you mix it up while scooping, the punch will turn more pink than red.
  • To keep the punch mixture cool, set the punch bowl into a cooler full of ice.
