Start by adding your yeast and warm water to a bowl, mix, and wait for it to foam.
Add in cake mix, vanilla, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Slowly add in your flour as you mix.
Knead well with your hands, cover, and let rest for one hour.
Punch the air out of your dough.
Cover your surface with flour, knead, and roll out into a rectangle.
Cover dough in melted butter and then in sugar and cinnamon.
Cut up your pie filling into very small pieces and spread THINLY onto your dough.
Roll up dough tightly and cut into one-inch segments.
Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with caramel and serve!
