Crockpot Asian Meatballs
Crockpot Asian meatballs are a flavorful, easy way to dress up a bag of frozen meatballs. This yummy recipe has almost no prep time, making it perfect for days when you are short on time.
- 2 28 oz bags frozen beef meatballs
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- thinly sliced green onions for garnish
Add all of the meatballs to the bowl of your crockpot.
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the garnish, to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour the sauce evenly out over top of the meatballs.
Cook the meatballs on low for 2-4 hours, stirring briefly every hour, until the meatballs are cooked through.
Gently stir the cooked meatballs a final time to coat them in the thick sauce.
Ladle the coated meatballs into a serving dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
You can also sprinkle the green onions out over top of the serving bowl, or wait and serve them over each individual portion.
Eat using forks or toothpicks. Enjoy!
