Instant Pot Ground Beef & Potato Hash
This dinner idea is a classic meat & potatoes meal, and it all comes together in the Instant Pot with minimal prep work required.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion chopped
- 6 large Russet potatoes cubed
- 1 cup beef stock
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Ketchup optional
Add ground beef and chopped onion to the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Cook on saute mode until beef has browned.
Add in the potatoes and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
Put the lid on the Instant Pot, with the pressure valve turned to sealing.
Set cooking time for a manual high pressure time of 4 minutes, allowing for a quick pressure release when the time has finished.
