Baked Mississippi Chicken
Baked Mississippi chicken is an addictingly delicious way to serve up a winner of a chicken dinner. This recipe features buttery chicken breasts seasoned with ranch, au jus mix, pepperoncini's and baked to tender perfection!

- 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1 oz pkt dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1 oz pkt au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup pickled pepperoncini pepper slices
- 1 stick butter sliced into thin pats (1/2 cup)
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non stick spray. Using paper towels, pat the chicken dry then arrange the breasts in a single row in the prepared baking dish.
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sprinkle both the ranch seasoning and au jus powder evenly out over the chicken. Spread the peppers evenly out over top.

Place the pats of butter evenly out overtop of the chicken.
1 stick butter
Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes, or just until the chicken's cooked through.
Serve warm & enjoy!
- Do NOT use salted butter for this recipe since both the ranch and au jus mixes are already very salty. Salted butter will make the recipe too salty.
- Trying to cut down on the salt content? Sub brown gravy mix for the au jus.
- Like things cheesy? Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly out over the chicken before baking.
