Easy Pan Eclair Recipe
This easy pan eclair recipe combines all the flavors of the French pastry in a no bake dessert. Clouds of creamy filling get layered with graham crackers and topped with chocolate for a winning combination everyone will love!

- 3 cups milk
- 2 4 oz pkgs vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8 oz tub cool whip
- 3-4 sleeves graham crackers
- 1 16 oz can chocolate frosting
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding until smooth, allow to sit a few minutes to thicken slightly, then gently fold in the cool whip.

Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers, then spread ⅓ of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Repeat the graham cracker and pudding layers until all the pudding is used up, and ending with a graham cracker layer on top.
3-4 sleeves graham crackers
Remove the lid and plastic cover from the chocolate frosting, then microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread.
1 16 oz can chocolate frosting
Pour the chocolate frosting evenly over the graham cracker layer, and then gently spread in into an even layer
Place in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours before serving
- While this combination of vanilla pudding and chocolate frosting makes the classic eclair flavor combination, you can make this with any pudding and frosting flavor combination you want.
- Don't skip letting this chill. It needs the time to chill to let the pudding mixture seep into the graham crackers and soften them some.
- The longer this sits the softer the graham crackers will get which is why I recommend only storing the for a few days.
