Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup champagne
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • festive sprinkles for topping optional

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream. Using the whisk attachment, whisk on medium high speed just until soft peaks form. Slowly stir in the champagne, and whip another 30 seconds or so- just until thickened.
  • In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and mix in until completely incorporated and the mixture’s smooth. Fold the mixture into the whipped cream.
  • Transfer the mixture to an air tight container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
  • Serve with your favorite fruit of choice. We like it with berries, cherries, grapes, and even sliced bananas.

Notes

  • Make sure you use a champagne you enjoy drinking since you will taste the flavor in the dip.
  • Don't skip letting it sit in the fridge prior to serving.
  • You can absolutely make this a day ahead of time.
  • This recipe is super easy to double or even triple if you are serving a group!
