Caramel Apple Fluff Salad
Caramel apple fluff salad is the easiest dessert alternative to all things pumpkin spice. Tart apples are tossed with a creamy but light caramel topping and lots of treat for a fall favorite you are sure to love!

- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 3.4 oz pkg butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 gala apples washed, cored & chopped
- 1 granny smith apple washed, cored & chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 8 oz tub whipped topping thawed
- caramel sauce for garnish
Add the dry instant pudding mix & crushed pineapple WITH JUICE to a large mixing bowl. Using a sturdy wooden spoon, stir to evenly combine the two.
Add the sour cream & cinnamon, stirring again until evenly combined.
Add the thawed whipped topping to the bowl, folding in just until smooth.
Add the apples, pecans, and marshmallows- stirring just until evenly incorporated.
Cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 4.
Serve this chilled fluff salad with a caramel sauce drizzle.
