Cranberry Fluff Salad
A seasonal favorite, this fluffy salad features fresh cranberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows tossed in freshly whipped cream.
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, pureed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
Add the pureed berries and sugar to a blender. Blend until combined.
To a large mixing bowl, add the whipped cream. Stir in the pureed mixture until evenly combined together.
Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple, until evenly combined.
Serve as is, or chill before serving.
