Cranberry Fluff Salad

A seasonal favorite, this fluffy salad features fresh cranberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows tossed in freshly whipped cream.

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries, pureed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2-3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained


  • Add the pureed berries and sugar to a blender. Blend until combined.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add the whipped cream. Stir in the pureed mixture until evenly combined together.
  • Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple, until evenly combined. 
  • Serve as is, or chill before serving.
