TikTok Cinnamon Rolls with Heavy Cream

TikTok cinnamon rolls with heavy cream are the latest sensation to take the internet by storm. This TikTok hack creates a Cinnabon style taste right at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 17.5 oz cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing each can should read 5 count
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Lightly spray a 9x13" baking dish with non stick spray. Set aside.
  • Open the cinnamon rolls, and set aside the icing containers- you will use them later.
  • Add the rolls to the prepared dish in a single layer. Pour the heavy cream evenly out overtop of the rolls- be sure to get it on the tops of the rolls and into the cracks.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter and brown sugar together. Pour this mixture evenly out over top of the heavy cream covered cinnamon rolls.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil, and then bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 7-10 minutes- just until completely puffed, golden brown on the edges and the center's are set.
  • Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Using a spatula, spread both cans of icing evenly out over the still warm cinnamon rolls.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

  • While the recipe calls for a 9x13" baking dish, I used one that was slightly smaller. It just fit all the rolls without excess space allowing all the cream and melted butter and sugar to stay pooled around the cinnamon rolls and none was left behind.
  • You can add a sprinkle of extra ground cinnamon over top before baking, but I found them to be delicious without it.
  • Don't forget to spray the pan with nonstick spray or the rolls will be very difficult to remove. It also makes for easier clean up!
