Ingredients

  • 1 18 oz box brownie mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 cup cool whip thawed
  • 3-4 tbsp milk

Toppings

  • mini chocolate chips optional
  • sprinkles optional
  • chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese & butter to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip them together until smooth & creamy.
  • Add the cool whip, and blend in just until evenly combined.
  • Pour half of the brownie mix into the mixing bowl, and blend in until evenly combined. Add the remaining brownie mix, again blending together until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a dip bowl, top with desired toppings, and serve!

Notes

  • When you add the brownie mix, begin mixing at low speed to prevent loose powder fry flying up and out of the bowl. You can increase the speed, as needed, as it incorporates.
  • You could sub freshly whipped heavy cream for the Cool Whip.
  • Add the milk a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the desired consistency. You may not need the full amount or you may need a little more.
