- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- ½ cup eggnog
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon rum extract
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed (Cool Whip)
Add cream cheese, eggnog, nutmeg, and rum extract to a large mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth (about 3 to 4 minutes).
Fold in frozen whipped topping. Chill for 1 hour, covered, in the fridge.
Add to serving dish and serve with cookies or fruit.
You can leave the rum extract out if you can’t find any.
Make sure the cream cheese is nice and soft before mixing it. It will be easier to get it smooth and no lumps.
If you aren’t serving it right away, cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
